From commencement of operations we invested in information technology, server infrastructure and registrar software able to handle the daily processing of a large share register. We remain deliberately compact so that service stays personal.
Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission to carry on share registration business in the Nigerian capital market.
Certified by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment and Securities Act No. 45 of 1999 to operate as registrars in the Nigerian capital market.
A one-stop registrar with offices in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, and a presence in every state through Zenith Bank branches.
